Three bedroom chalet sleeping up to 5 in two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and one single bedroom. Recently extended.. It's just a five minute walk to Hayle beach and a 10 minute walk, along the riverside, into Hayle town. Ultrafast full fibre broadband wifi. We provide bedding but you need to bring your own shower/beach towels. There is a shop and the Bluff public house within walking distance. We welcome a maximum of two well-behaved medium sized dogs at an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay.

Great location

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay, the only criticism would be that we both found the chairs in the lounge a little uncomfortable after a while but wouldn’t put us off booking again. Steve was an excellent host and responded to my messages and provided me with all the information I would need

Wonderful self catering break in sunny Cornwall

Have not been to Cornwall since my childhood years. Was not disappointed. Never tried the self catering option for holidaying before since being grown up. Not except for camping and this was a big jump up from that! beautifully clad chalet. Lots of windows so lots of sun and light. Wonderful seaside theme decor. All with the comfort of your own fridge and freezer, washing machine and cooker! Fab! Lovely local farm shops to bring the local delights home to sample and cook-yum! Also..one of my favourite things...there was a Cornish cream tea waiting to greet me when I arrived! :-) I really loved my break and would do it again. So much less stressed out than camping or hotels ( I am a single lady’s so not desperate to escape cooking for a big family for all your hotel loving family ladies). There were a few colder evenings when the rain came visiting but the chalet was equipped with electric heaters . Only downside was front patio window did not open but that was not important in the end as the other widows did and there’s was a sitting area / sun spot behind the chalet anyway. Top marks! :-)

Häuschen am Meer

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen in einer ruhigen Ferienhäuser-Anlage. Nach kurzem Fußweg ist man an einem langen und breiten Sandstrand. Das Häuschen ist zwar klein, aber ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für drei Personen war es ausreichend. Allerdings kann es eng werden, wenn man sich den ganzen Tag im Haus aufhalten muss. Steve war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Als wir ankamen gab es für uns schon den ersten Cornish Creamtea. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse hervorragend. Halber Tag am Strand und die andere Hälfte Ausflüge. Und abends dann den Sonnenuntergang von der Bank vorm Haus aus genießen. Für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie nur zu empfehlen.
