Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr angenehm.Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Angenehm, die private Sauna und der Whirlpool. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.Leider ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, weil GeschĂ€fte, Gastronomie und Ausflugsziele nicht fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen sind

Wunderschön

Die Wohnung ist absolut herrlich, die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist sehr schön. Die Schlafzimmer liegen weit auseinander. Die eine direkt am Badezimmer, die andere in der NĂ€he des GĂ€ste WCs. So hat man auch zu viert etwas PrivatsphĂ€re. Das Badezimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend HandtĂŒchern, DuschbĂ€dern und weiteren Artikeln. Es lagen auch 4 BademĂ€ntel bereit. Der Whirlpool war einfach zu bedienen. Vielen Dank an Kerstin und Helmut, ihr ward tolle Gastgeber

Perfekte Herbstferien

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist so stilvoll und mit Herz eingerichtet. Das Highlight war natĂŒrlich die Sauna und der Jacuzzi. DafĂŒr wurden mehr als genĂŒgend HandtĂŒcher und sogar BademĂ€ntel bereitgestellt. Außerdem war das Badezimmer super ausgestattet mit BadezusĂ€tzen, DuschbĂ€dern und ausreichend Toilettenpapier. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Minuspunkt, es ist recht hellhörig. Wir reisten mit 2 kleinen Kindern an, wobei uns dann eher die Vermieter leid taten, was unseren LĂ€rmpegel anging :D

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz

Danke Kerstin und Helmut fĂŒr ein wunderbares verlĂ€ngertes Wochenende, bei dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hĂŒbsch und ganz genauso wie auf den Fotos - sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Whirlpool und Sauna waren bei den Kids natĂŒrlich der Renner. :) Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Auszeit

Wir haben noch kurzfristig eine Bleibe fĂŒr Silvester gesucht und sind bei diesem Angebot fĂŒndig geworden. Die Sanierung der Wohnung ist gerade erst fertig gestellt worden, und so waren wir die ersten FeriengĂ€ste. Es wurde viel Holz verbaut, was der Wohnung ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente verleiht.Die offene KĂŒche hat alles, was man braucht, wenn man nicht immer zum Essen gehen und selbst kochen möchte. Der Essbereich ist ebenfalls sehr großzĂŒgig gestaltet und ist von vielen Fenstern umgeben, so dass er lichtdurchflutet ist. Highlight ist natĂŒrlich die Sauna, die quasi das Wohnzimmer vom Wohn- Kochbereich abgrenzt und in der man maximal zu dritt gut sitzen und schwitzen kann. Auf einem der zwei Balkone kann man sich dann abkĂŒhlen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr großzĂŒgig geschnitten und geschmackvoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. In der NĂ€he fĂŒhrt eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Straße vorbei, die man aber zumindest im Winter (geschlossene Fenster) gut "ausblenden" kann. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit aber nie aufdringlich. Über die Umgebung können wir nicht allzu viel sagen, weil unser Aufenthalt nur kurz war, aber durch die NĂ€he zur Drei-FlĂŒsse-Stadt Passau, zur Granit-Stadt Hauzenberg und mit dem Nationalpark Bayrischer Wald quasi vor der HaustĂŒr gibt es sicher reichlich Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Wir bedanken uns bei Helmut und Kerstin Kandlbinder fĂŒr den angenehmen Aufenthalt und wĂŒnschen viele interessante Begegnungen mit FeriengĂ€sten!
