Good price and a decent stay.
It was by and large a nice stay. The toaster burnt out and the wash machine in the laundry room was full of water and was not operational. These things are to be expected during off season. The suite was spacious, the bathroom was too. The kitchen was well appointed.

Very convenient to the ferry and restaurants. The very first thought we had when we opened the door to our unit was that it had an unusual smell. It was hard to place but we’re pretty sure it was coming from the carpeting. The unit just has a general feel and appearance of being well used.

If you are relying on the ferry to get you there, be aware that the checkk-in cutoff is 8:00 PM, we missed this and had to find another place to stay. I most probably will not consider any more places like this and stick to traditional hotels going forward.
