Escape to Wild Thing Hideaway, a secluded one-bedroom cabin surrounded by 450 peaceful acres near Hatfield, Arkansas. Designed for two guests, this private retreat is perfect for a romantic weekend, an anniversary getaway, or a quiet break in the Ouachita Mountains.

Here, you can soak in your private hot tub, explore private UTV and walking trails, fish in the catch-and-release ponds, watch for wildlife, or simply slow down and enjoy the peace and quiet.

INSIDE THE CABIN

Wild Thing Hideaway includes one private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The warm, comfortable living area features an electric fireplace and DIRECTV, with an additional television in the bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, and a standard coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Linens, towels, basic paper products, shampoo, soap, and other essentials are provided.

Unlimited Starlink Wi-Fi is available for streaming, browsing, or staying connected while enjoying the privacy of the countryside.

PRIVATE HOT TUB AND OUTDOOR SPACE

Step onto the private back deck and unwind in your own hot tub beneath the trees. Start the morning with coffee and mountain scenery, spend the afternoon exploring the property, and end the evening around the outdoor fire pit.

The cabin also has a porch, outdoor seating areas, and plenty of peaceful surroundings where you can relax and enjoy nature.

PRIVATE UTV AND WALKING TRAILS

Guests have access to private UTV, ATV, hiking, and walking trails located directly on the property. You can bring your machine and enjoy the trails without having to trailer it somewhere else each day.

A completed liability release is required before using the trails, and all posted trail rules must be followed.

Please note that these are private trails on the cabin property. They do not connect directly to the Wolf Pen Gap trail system, which is approximately a 30- to 45-minute ride on UTV through backroads.

PONDS AND WILDLIFE

Guests may enjoy catch-and-release fishing in the property’s ponds. Fishing conditions and activity naturally vary, so catches cannot be guaranteed.

Deer and other wildlife are frequently seen throughout the property. Wildlife sightings are part of the experience, but they cannot be guaranteed.

PET-FRIENDLY

We love welcoming pets! A $50 pet fee applies per stay.

Please keep pets off the beds and furniture. However, if your pet is accustomed to snuggling beside you, washable pet covers are provided for the couches. Please place one of these covers over the furniture before allowing your pet to join you. Absolutely not pets on the bedding.

Pets must be crated when left unattended. Guests are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused during their stay.

Wild Thing Hideaway is located in a genuinely rural and secluded setting. Guests may encounter insects, wildlife, uneven outdoor terrain, changing weather, and other natural conditions.

Internet and television service may occasionally be affected by weather or rural service interruptions. Cellphone reception may also vary depending on the carrier.

The cabin has one queen-size bed and is best suited for a maximum of two guests.

If you are looking for nightlife, crowds, or a resort atmosphere, this may not be the right fit. But if you want privacy, peaceful evenings, outdoor adventures, and a hot tub beneath the stars, Wild Thing Hideaway is ready to welcome you.
