Stouty's at Hat Head

Estupenda casa de vacaciones familiar de tres habitaciones a corta distancia a pie de la playa, creek y club y frente a la tienda.

Plan abierto con una cocina moderna que fluye en el comedor. Relájese en el salón con aire acondicionado y disfrute de la vista del jardín o aventúrese afuera y termine el día con una cena a la barbacoa.

El dormitorio principal y el segundo tienen una cama queen y dos camas individuales en el tercer dormitorio. Para ese huésped adicional hay un sofá cama.

El baño principal tiene una bañera pequeña, ducha y retrete, con una segunda ducha y retrete en la lavandería.

La comodidad de un garaje individual y un gran patio trasero con mucho espacio para un barco.

It has a beautiful back yard but unusable due to the bindi's and the roo poo as prior to occupancy if this could be cleaned up it would be appreciated.

House isn't fit for holiday rental need money spent on the decaying houseThe cleanliness of the house was absolutely disgusting just plain dirty....Lawns 400mm long inside 2 of the 3 kettles was black the grime and grease all through the kitchen grill and stove a grease pit....There are a lot nicer ones then this for less money

The price was very reasonable so i wasn't expecting to much but even the shower curtain was covered in mold which would cost under $20 to replace and make guest feel much more comfortable.

Tired Rental Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: General poor maintenance. No reading lights in main bedrooms. Bedside tables, handier power points would be useful Some lights disconnected. Globes missing/blown. Bathroom fan not working. Freezer & a light in garage not working. Had to clean bird poop off outdoor furniture. Removed weeds along house to avoid catching legs/clothes. Key lockbox broken. Peeling paint in several rooms. Happy with location but not with condition of property. Needs fair bit of TLC.
