The house and property are amazing with a few minor issues that with the price of the house shouldn’t have been there. A few bedroom doorknobs falling off, the AC units were difficult to control and locked with a code we had to request mid week, and the dish washer broke. There is also advertised water and ice maker in the fridge but the water was turned off to the fridge so it didn’t work. They pushed back on delivering ice but ultimately agreed. These are small things that did not hurt the overall property but given the price, they should be fixed. The location was great for snorkeling, kayaking, and the pool was amazing. We ended up not using the dock as the boat rental we talked to said it wasn’t suitable for keeping a boat overnight. Overall it was an amazing experience and the island is worth exploring.

First time at this property, but return visitors to Exuma & it was another fabulous stay. Communication w/ house manager Anna was perfect - she was helpful before/during the stay. We loved the kayaks. The homeowners sent a packet which included a map of their favorite kayak spots. We had intentions of making those trips, but it seemed like a much bigger undertaking once we had done the closest options, so we stayed close to home. We also had some windy weather that likely impacted the kayaking conditions.Right in the waters off the house, we saw turtles, a stingray, a lemon shark, crabs, frogs, & fish.We rented a jet ski from Exuma Splash Zone & had a great experience! They delivered & picked up right at the house.We rented a boat through Island Exclusive but it was canceled due to winds, so we visited Stocking Island via A1 Water Taxi and it was great! Don't miss Stocking Island -- get dropped off at Chat n Chill & then walk over to Peace & Plenty from there! Always one of our favorite days!We brought two suitcases of food from home which we never regret -- lots of the kids favorite foods and snacks and a cooler with frozen meats. Then we get a delivery order from Exuma Markets and stop at Smitty's for alcohol.House furnishings are great, beds are very comfortable (but could use some firmer pillow options). Water pressure in showers leaves a lot to be desired but that's common in Exuma. Pool and bball hoop was a blast!We would definitely return to this house!

BEST TRIP!!!! We had our family of four go down for a last minute trip and loved every minute of it. Great location - great host - great help - quick answers. My daughters are 8 and 14 and loved the pool. Loved kayaking across the bay. We rented a boat for the day and explored. Make sure to stock your fridge before coming!!!

Great place and great location. Everything was beautiful and just as pictured!! The house was well stocked too!! It was perfect for our group that consisted of 5 couples. Loved that you could have a boat docked at the house too!!

40th Birthday Celebration

We had never been to Exuma before and it did not disappoint. We visited with a group of 8 friends to celebrate my Husband’s birthday. The house was amazing and had everything we needed for the week. The house manager was very responsive for any questions we had and helped coordinate a lot of our visit which was a great help- this included helping reserve jet skis, boat trip, private chef, grocery delivery, and dinner reservations. The view from the house was fantastic and we enjoyed how calm and quiet the area was around the house. We will be back!

What more could you want?

Beautiful property with everything you could want for a group trip. Private beach, kayaks, paddle boards, pool, huge well-stocked kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, all in a quiet location with calm waters. Communication was great, chef service was delicious, property was in great condition. Hard to beat in Exuma.

A little slice of Paradise

The Property was its own private oasis. You have your own private infinity pool and a couple steps down, your own private beach and dock. our friends rented the home next door so it was perfect. They also had kayaks and paddle boards which we used everyday to explore the flat and beautiful inlet. The home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for my family of 7. Would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful Home in Exuma

This was the perfect location for our family that included one infant. The home is on one level with plenty of floor space for the baby to crawl around and the beach has a very calm surf with a gentle slope into the water. We also enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. We had a private chef come almost every night and were treated to some wonderful meals. Groceries were ready at the home when we arrived. A very enjoyable stay!

Incredible property!

We loved our stay at Villa Exuma! The house, pool area and beach were all so beautiful! Our group was two families of 4 adults & 5 kids, ages 11-14. We had plenty of room and the kids loves the pool. We all loved exploring with the kayaks & paddle boards. Hank & Anna were extremely responsive any time we needed something or asked for recommendations. Definitely rent a car to explore the island & beaches. The house is very well stocked - the only things we noticed that could use improvement would be pool/beach towels and the kitchen was missing measuring cups. We cannot wait to go back!

Well what can I say PERFECTION. If you are looking for Class,Tranquillity and Beauty look no further. The owners of this new villa have produced a vacation rental that works for large or small groups. Like all rental properties in Exuma you need a rental car to explore this wonderful island,if you don’t you cannot appreciate its beauty,don’t just drive on the main roads explore all the small tracks even the ones off the Old Runway (details on maps). When you return to your property you can laze around a wonderful pool and deck to enjoy the splendid of the area. We have returned to Exuma 4 times now and still keep coming back and finding Villa Exuma in Hartswell has been a blessing. You will not be disappointed if you rent this well equipped,well appointed gem in Exuma.
