This stylishly modernised Victorian townhouse provides everything necessary for a highly enjoyable stay in Harrogate. The property is located on a picturesque residential street that boasts beautiful views, echoing exactly why Harrogate is renowned for its floral excellence. The town centre is just a 5 minute stroll away and the house is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, hobs, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Parking is free of charge for one vehicle with permits provided.

This two-story Victorian townhouse features a generously-sized living room on the ground floor with plenty of natural light and a stunning view of the lush greenery. For entertainment, the room is equipped with a smart TV, with access to regular channels as well as Netflix and other streaming platforms. Additionally, Apple HomePods can be found all around the house, and they are remarkably simple to connect to.
This dining room can accommodate up to six people, making it perfect for family dinners or special occasions with friends. In addition, the kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils, such as a dishwasher, oven, stovetops, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
There is a spacious backyard boasts a BBQ and accompanying outdoor furniture complete with comfy cushions.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets of 300 thread count and a wardrobe, the single bedroom also has 300tc Egyptian cotton linen and a storage area for clothing.

Guests are provided with an access code for the door prior to their arrival time along with a video link containing instructions on how you can access the property.

Great place in Harrogate.
The property is in a good location about 12 min walk from centre of Harrogate. It has been very nicely refurbished and as shown in the pictures. All equipment needed was there. Property was nice and warm and beds comfortable. We would return in the future.

Great location for whatever you do
The accommodation was very comfortable for our family of four. It was well stocked with every day supplies for our visit. Cups, plates, silverware, tea, biscuits, soap, and games for a quiet evening. The guide book for the surrounding town and area is well done and helpful. The location was great to get into town, just a few blocks away, and to get to surrounding sites to see. We used it as a jumping off point into York area. Wished we could have stayed longer.
