We have come to this resort many times but it seems to be getting less desirable to come. They kicked kids and teenagers out of the indoor pool last night. I can understand kicking them out of the indoor spa itself for the adults but not the pool. So if it rains hard, the kids must be swimming outside? That’s not family friendly. They also took a long time to provide pool towels and bath robes.

Our family of four loved the pools, my kids age 10 & 7 stayed in the pool all day. Food/take out was available within walking distances. I would suggest packing a picnic for the beach and coming back to the pool afterwards.

The property is great and so are the facilities. However, I do not like the idea that the heated pool closes at 10:00 p.m. especially when there is nothing else to do in the hotel or around after 8:00 p.m.. there are no food options inside or outside the hotel after 9:00 p.m. so you are kind of forced to go into your rooms and sadly the rooms don't have smart TVs. So you are stuck with the regular cable. Good thing I had taken my laptop and I could log into Netflix to watch my show. Otherwise, it could become very boring after 10:00 p.m. The pool bar closes at around 8:00 p.m. which again is not a great thing. Everything from staff service to cleaniness check-in check out was great.

The hotel was run down, the staff were not friendly at all except for the lady that checked us in. The pools are beautiful, but they weren't very warm. The town didn't have much going on, I feel that the whole area needs a bit of a revamp, but the hotel most of all.

I like this hotel because it's at the front of the lake. The inside is unique, and the pools are so nice we loved the pools It's warm, of course, hot spring, right? the bad thing is you can not take photos on the pool. Our room was at the main building, and the carpet smelled bad. Hopefully they will renovate or change the carpet and take all stinky thing so I could envite my family's and friend to book on this hotel.
