The holiday home is located in Haren Emsland in a nice quiet location with numerous recreational opportunities nearby.
The property is fully furnished including a t. v., DVD player, dishwasher, 4 hot plates, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Thanks to the bathroom and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, the house is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
On the ground floor there is an entrance with access to the bathroom and living room. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The living room is spacious and light with garden doors all around and also has an open kitchen with dining area. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and French doors to the terrace.
On the first floor is a landing with 3 spacious bedrooms and the bathroom.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet.
Outside is a large lawn, beautiful garden and spacious terrace with garden furniture and a roof. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the peace and space.

Super Aufenthalt, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, nette und gastfreundlicher Vermieter. Wir wsren mit 2 Familien und Kindern dort, es war sehr schön. Die Kinder konnten im Garten frei spielen. Es war alles vorhanden und uns fehlte an nichts.

Emsland, immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Das Haus war sehr schön und geräumig, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, mit einem tollen Garten, perfekt bei strahlend schönem Wetter die ganze Zeit. Leider und das ist ein Minus, Deutsche wie Schweizer grillen sehr gerne, wenn da nicht dieser total zerstörte Grill gewesen wäre! Bei der Übergabe hiess es zwar, es kommt ein neuer, vermutlich erst nach unserer Abreise!
