Host communication leading up to the stay was very good and detailed. Was a little odd not getting the keypad code until within a couple hours of check-in. Have never had that last min before and was slightly stressful as phone service isn't always great up north. Overall stay was good, fireplace was nice (though had to buy wood as only two pieces there), we always love the pool house and location is amazing. Condo was very clean and had basics though they were out of laundry detergent but we left a mostly full mini-bottle for future use. Appreciated salt and pepper, the luggage holder in closet and a laundry basket. Only constructive feedback is: Slight musty smell; both toilets kept clogging up even with very minimal TP, would recommend purchasing more robust toilets; better quality sheets and comforters; plates/pans/silverware/appliances were all very cheap and OK. While we understand these are rentals and guests might not always treat the best, we use rentals a lot and always appreciate when hosts invest in good pans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. as it gives a much better experience for people staying. At the very least, a non-stick pan and well-working toilets. One other suggestion is since we pay a cleaning fee, not having to dispose of it would've been nicer and thought would only have to consolidate to one trash and leave it for cleaning crew.
