The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised an excellent tour to Ha Long Bay for us at a reasonable price. Rooms serviced everyday. Breakfast was basic but enough. Room was small and beds very hard, but comfortable.

Although I did not get the room with patio that I booked, the staff was very accommodating. The staff was awesome in assisting wirh city walking tour and Halong Bay tour. Even helped me in getting black garlic delivered. Will definitely recommend this hotel

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable beds but the family room was very small, dark and cramped. The safe and TV didn't work and the air conditioning was very very noisy. When we told staff, they said they would look at it tomorrow, but tomorrow never came.

Overrated

I think this place is overrated. We stayed in family suite that states to be 45 meters. The room is at most 25 meters. There was a horrible smell of sewege in the room that staff member was trying to convince us was coming from outside. Hardly possible on the 8th floor. Air conditioning was broken and we couldnt use it at all during our stay

I don’t think that they ever change the sheet. I found hair on the bed that I haven’t step on. The bathroom doesn’t look clean at all. I could literally hear what people do from the room across from mine. It was noisy and very unpleasant stay. But I would say that this hotel got the best shower I ever had in all the hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam. They got hot and strong water that lasts. And this hotel is very well located. 5 mins walk to the airport shuttle and kinda in the center of Hanoi...

The door to our room did not close properly had to lock it to keep it closed. We up graded to a 30sqm room, the main room was 16sqm, the bathroom was 2 and half sqm, and passage way 4sqm that does not add up to 30sqm. We were to have city view from our balcony not on the 2nd floor. The hotel boasts of a restaurant extensive menu professional chef i would not have stayed here if i knew it did not have this.

The hotel was nicely situated. Just be sure when you order the room pick a larger room. They are a lot nicer. I picked the smaller one and it was really a small room. It did work for me, since there was just me. The food was tasty, but not a large selection to choose from. They do fix you eggs the way you want them.
