This hotel is nothing like it advertises! It felt like a glorified backpackers hostel as soon as we stepped in. Extremely old, walls in the room are definitely not Soundproof as mentioned, we lay awake till 2am listening to 2 other rooms. Our front door had a substantial gap around it letting out the air-conditioning and the bathroom isnt frosted - you can clearly see right through with a gap up top! Their solution, 'pull the curtain across' but once you do that the person in the bathroom cant get out without snapping the curtain rod. Dirty laundry left in hallway for 2days, lift dirty, didnt want to chance eating there. We were originally booked for 5nights but gladly left the next day and moved up the road for a few dollars more. Do.yourself a favour and DO NOT STAY HERE

Lovely place. Staff were extremely helpful, including reception, chefs and from the Sky Bar. I wasn’t overly impressed with the performance of the air con, but that’s a personal preference. There was constant drilling going on, where no consideration seemed to be given for the customers.

Upon hotel, we booked ha long bay 2 day 1 night tour + sapa 3 day 2 night tour with Mrs. Ruby The tours included scenic boat rides in Ha Long Bay and trekking through the terraced rice fields in Sapa, with comfortable accommodations arranged by Mrs. Ruby. Each day offered unique experiences, from cultural visits to stunning landscapes, making the trip both relaxing and adventurous. Also, Mrs. Ruby had free upgrade us to a Premium room city view was nice, large and had a good view. We have a good time on hotel rooftop too. We highly recommend booking through Mrs. Ruby for anyone visiting northern Vietnam.

We had a fantastic time at Le Petit Prince hotel & rooftop bar. The rooftop offered stunning city views, perfect for sunset cocktails. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance cozy. Definitely a spot worth revisiting! The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast options were diverse, catering to all tastes.
