Service, location and walkable.

The service and the people were the best. The location was perfect and walkable to the old town. Breakfast was tasty and the room was comfy. We will stay here again the next time we're back in Hanoi.

The staff is the best. They can't do enough for you and are happy to help in any way possible and they are also happy to just a chat for a bit and giving tips for future travel plans in and around Hanoi. Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Hanoi! My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's vibrant center, making it easy to explore all the local attractions.
