The West is in a great location in Hanoi, on top of everything. The road turns into a market at weekend, was no problem at all and great to have on your doorstep. Mick the manager is very helpful as is Leo and the rest of the team. Room was lovely and we stayed in Room 401 with a great view of street from balcony. Plan to visit Hanoi in April next year and would definitely book again.

the hotel was great.Everyone was helpful when phone and wallet were stolen on the street. The breakfast was great. The soundproofing in the room worked very well. We were not in the right area for us, too busy outside.
