Excellent hotel. We came back for another night when we had to be in Hanoi. Staff and cleanliness is 5 star. Restaurant is awesome and the waiting staff are well trained. The receptionists (all) were amazing. They answered most of our questions and concerns. The hotel is in a busy area, so vigilance is required when walking as there are too many scooters. Looking for a good street food? you are right at the heart of it. The walk to the french 1/4 is about a 20-30 min, but we enjoy walking so that was not an issue for us.

Lovely hotel in a good location.

Excellent hotel, room was very spacious and clean. Facilities are excellent, good gym, pool, tennis courts and a drive range. The walk in to the old quarter and other local attractions is pretty straight forward. Takes about 20-30 mins, taxis cost buttons and take about 10-15 mins. Friendly staff and very helpful. Pricier than other hotels but it’s got the luxury feel about it at a very reasonable price.

Can’t really judge as renovation work taking place

They were having renovation work completed so it wasn’t a particularly quiet or peaceful time to stay. The sound proofing of the rooms wasn’t great therefore it was quite noisy at times. The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was very small. There was a lovely view from the room.

Property is good and clean,and a bit busy on the entrance but the bellhops and the porters are really really friendly and helpful but the senior person who assisted us in the front desk is curt and non smiling The breakfast menu does not have many options at that time.

A great hotel for the price paid

The staff are very friendly. Various facilities are available for exercise (swimming pool, fitness club, driving range). The variety of food at the breakfast buffet is commensurate with the price paid. The rooms do not feel cramped. I was provided with a free minibar.
