Very nice stay at the Somerset Westpoint. A special Thank to the whole Team including Mr. Dat (Chris). They helped me a lot during my stay. I know the team from my past stays in Hanoi (at Sheraton). Great staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Provided me with an upgrade upon arrival. My receptionist spoke english very well which helped me. Rooms were fantastic. Had a washer/driver and detergent which was a nice extra.
