Hi i went to the hotel, the girl at the frontdesk told me the reservation is cancelled because the price expedia pay them is to low so I had to pay second time for my room. So I had to pay twice please refund me.

Good hotel - helpful staff
Cheap price with nice view from the room. Most people choose hotels in Cau Giay area that is for their business trip as there are many offices here. I chose this hotel because it was convenient and near my head office in Hanoi. It was also near the national stadium and Trong Dong convention. The staff was friendly and helped me everything from catching taxi or suggesting restaurants nearby. Really recommend this hotel.
