I DO NOT recommend this place. Terrible experience.
I made a reservation because the property showed as available on this platform, and I completed the payment without any problem. However, my flight was delayed by about an hour, and when I arrived at the location (around 1:00 a.m.), no one opened the door.
I tried to contact them, but it was impossible. Hotels.com couldn’t rebook me either because of the late hour, as no other hotels were accepting reservations at that time. I even tried to find another place on my own and was willing to pay more, but everywhere was completely full. I had to sleep on the street.
If this property doesn’t accept guests after a certain hour, they should block the option to make reservations through the app during that time. It’s not fair for someone to believe they have a guaranteed place to sleep and end up with nowhere to stay in the middle of the night.
