Fabulous hotel on the edge of the old quarter. Easily walkable. Room was quite small but perfect for me as a solo traveller. Breakfast was really good with lots of delicious options. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended

By far my best hotel experience on a holiday taking in Thailand and Vietnam. The staff were all excellent, friendly and impressively efficient. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s location in the Old Quarter is perfect too.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast & a very walkable area with lots of stores selling green flaky rice cakes. The noisy construction is one downside but they moved me to another room for that so I was happy throughout my stay!

We stayed 9 nights and had the most fabulous time. Everything is in walking distance which made it so much more convenient. Every morning we were looking forward to breakfast, the choice was excellent, the cooked variety was always different and delicious. The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant from the front desk to the housekeeping.it is absolutely spotless. We had good laughs with the breakfast crew, especially with Trinh,Ngoc,Bin and who could forget Eric and his special coffee!! Also a mention to the chefs behind the scenes,your food was amazing thank you. To any travellers to Hanoi, this is a beautiful little gem and I highly recommend you visit this beautiful Hotel. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great little hotel, we stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip. Good location for less touristy coffee shops, places to eat, and super easy to walk to old town and West lake etc. We were on a high floor so was quite quiet. Staff very helpful and sorted us out with sim cards. Breakfast was mainly western food

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Excellent location, but quiet surroundings. Room perfect, bed very comfortable. Much appreciated upon arriving very early having my bags stored and then a text from Gigi on the front desk that my room was now ready ahead of schedule. Would recommend to all.

Was told this hotel is only 6 months old in Mar-2025. No wonder why everything look pristine. The sleeping area cannot be seen from the door entrance. A big PLUS.
