The breakfast was very good with good variety of western and Asian options. The location of the hotel is excellent … very close to night market, restaurants and retail. My key objections: (1) I arrived around 11am. Even though the hotel had rooms available for my immediate checkin, the hotel staff insisted not to check us in unless we paid an extra fee. We left our luggage in the lobby and went out for lunch instead. Not the most accommodating staff and management. (2) most rooms in this hotel have no windows. They called them interior windows which basically open into a dead area. If you are not claustrophobic, then I guess it’s ok. Personally we prefer windows so we can get some fresh air.

We loved the staff at the property. The went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! The location is right in the heart of Old Town and easy walking distance to many amenities and sites.
