The room is clean and neat. Timi, the front desk man was very nice, friendly and helpful to us. He was so accommodating and always there to offer you something even if you already check out and hanging at the back of the lobby due to later departure. We stayed a total of for 4 nights. The staff was absolutely amazing, very attentive, very polite, they did so much to make us feel comfortable. I received a cake for my birthday and the bed was decorated with flower petals, very sweet people. The breakfast was very nice with options daily. The property is very centrally located. The room was clean, good shower and the AC was almost too cold :). We are very appreciative of all workers who made us feel very special. The last day, they arranged a ride back to the airport free of charge. We were very thankful.

This is our second time we have stayed at Holiday Emerald Hotel. It is in the old quarter and just a few blocks from Hoan Kiem lake. It is very quiet and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast in the morning. The staff are very friendly. We required 3 rooms and they were all on the same floor which was very handy. Highly recommended for a hotel stay.
