I booked family room which hotel provided on 4th floor and it doesnโ€™t have lift. With kids this is not at all convenient. The room bathroom was not up to mark, lock broken, hot water will start after 5-10mins of continuous flow of water, flush not working properly. Worst experience ever and the property not maintained.

Amazing hotel - good service

Just coming here and enjoy the best service. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they help us organize everything from the decent room to the beautiful excursions that we never ever had before. The location & breakfast is also the positive point of this hotel that make you feel the most comfortable. I will definitely come back here next time with my hall families .

Great location is in the center of the old quarter. If you plan to do organized tours, the location here is perfect for picking you up. They also organized their own program tour with promotion for staying guests. I would like to thank Lukas and David, both of whol were very helpful. Definitely come back for the next visits
