Staff go above and beyond to help make your trip better. We were using the hotel as a layover for our trip from Sapa to Ha Long Bay to celebrate engagement. They decorated the room and were able to get our laundry done with extremely little notice/out of working hours for our cruise on Ha Long Bay! Extremely grateful for the hotel staff.

The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. The room was a bit dated. We had a balcony room on the 8th floor. The noise from neighboring rooms, including above, was evident. We could hear conversations, water running, bathrooms, etc. The breakfast was held in a sister hotel about a 2 minute walk away. I did check it out, but never ate there. It appeared fine, though we preferred what was offered locally. The street had a lot to offer from meals to services and stores. Tornado Coffee across the street is wonderful and not to be missed.

Not sure why this hotel received such good reviews. It was acceptable but nothing more. A bit expensive compared to other more highly rated hotels. Breakfast is in a different venue at another hotel in their same group. I spent many hours researching hotels and thought this was going to be much better. Again, nothing bad but quite average.

It was easy to book transfer from airport since we were getting there late. The hotel is in a small alley, and they guide us in from our taxi. The instruction were very clear. The room was good with a small balcony, letting the light goes in the room. Beer was cold and cheap. The breakfast was in another building very close. You can order eggs or soup. Overall very good for Hanoi. The hotel is not in the old quarters but I found this to be a better place since the alley around are very nice.

This was the first hotel I stayed at when I arrived in Hanoi. It felt really friendly, and the staff assisted me with my bags because it was raining. The room was well-lit and very clean. Everything seemed new and fresh. The hotel wasn't directly on the main road, but it was just two rows behind, which made it quieter. The nearby shops had a charming vibe. I would definitely suggest this hotel – 100%!

Este fue el primer hotel en el que me alojé cuando llegué a Hanói. Me pareció muy acogedor, y el personal me ayudó con mis maletas porque estaba lloviendo. La habitación estaba bien iluminada y muy limpia. Todo parecía nuevo y fresco. El hotel no estaba directamente en la carretera principal, pero quedaba a solo dos calles atrás, lo que lo hacía más tranquilo. Las tiendas cercanas tenían un encanto especial. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel – ¡100%!
