Room was clean, but heard some noise due to constructions of some parts of the hotel. Staff was friendly & had the willingness to help even if some had no knowledge of the English language. Sad, though, we didn't have the garden view, but I like the location - walkable to the most important places of Hanoi.

We were pleasantly surprised with our 4 night stay at Hanoi Garden Hotel & Spa. The hotel was very clean and inviting . The included buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were also very helpful with advice and assistance. The most surprising thing was how quiet it was in the rooms with all the hurly burly of Hanoi just outside in the street. Well recommended.

In the chaos that can be the Old Quarter of Hanoi, The Garden Hotel and Spa is an oasis of calm. It's location couldn't be better to experience that exciting atmosphere but behind the door it is calm and the employees are excellent. They made sure my family and I were well taken care of at all times. We also utilized them for transportation back and forth to the airport for a fair cost. The breakfast is great also!

Location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access key attractions. The property itself is very clean and well-maintained, which immediately makes for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, so I couldn’t fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making guests feel right at home. Overall, a nice place to stay that I would happily recommend.

In the heart of the French Quarter, this is a great place to explore the local scene. The hotel staff was excellent, they were not only incredibly helpful they were also very kind to our young sons. Great centrally located hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations and the spa in the hotel was well priced. We had some fantastic massages! Breakfast was very good with lots of variation, and their rooms were surprisingly quiet despite the busyness and noise of the surrounding area. Will stay here again!
