Yes, the room was spotless. The hotel is closed to everything like shops, street foods/resto/ historical sites. Pillows were all soft and fluffy... Staff were wonderful esp. Max who works in the dining area during breakfast hours. Breakfast was perfect for us, so many choices like hot pho, eggs, fruits..etc. Max was so attentive to the customers. He's always checking if theres anything else we need. Max, offered me a tiny spoon when i was about to eat my yogurt. I highly appreciated that. Max is an excellent worker, hardly speaks English but action speaks louder than words. Reception staff were also helpful/caring/very inf ormative esp. in booking our taxi grab, theyre aware that we got scammed 2x using taxis when we booked it ourselves. They used umbrella on us when it was raining while we were waiting for our rides. Love that. Stayed in Room 302, their shampoo,conditioner and body wash in the shower room should all be changed, my hubby's skin smells like sewer after using it. We bought our own after that. Bath mat should also be provided for safety, i slipped x1 after having a shower. I was ok though after.

Excellent location, good size and very comfortable rooms. Short walk to Train Street, the Note Coffee and the Hoan Kiem lake, as well as lots of shops and restaurants. What makes this hotel great is its staff. They are friendly, helpful and create a great atmosphere as soon as you arrive. The lobby is beautiful with plants and fish. If back in Hanoi, will stay here again :)

We had a wonderful three-night stay here. The location is absolutely perfect in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were truly amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every time we entered the reception, we were greeted with warm smiles and incredible hospitality. The staff definitely made our stay very special. Best Hotel for Family with Kids and Grandparents

We have a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room is very clean, spacious and has all the necessary things we need for our stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing our family looked forward to it each day, they even provided a packed breakfast for us in some days when we have to leave the hotel early. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time in Hanoi. They are specially caring to our kids too especially when one of them was unwell after our return from Sapa. Its location is perfect, near Hoan Kiem lake, St. Joseph cathedral, there is a supermarket and a few blocks from the night market and all the amazing souvenir shops and restaurants.

The staffs were very friendly. We had to leave at 4:30am and they would call us to see if we need to have breakfast to go. What service! Only complain was the WiFi was soooooooooooooo slow. At times it didn’t work. Other than that, we had a great time.

From the minute you walk into the lobby, it's so transquil and relaxing with a beautiful koi pond. The Staff are all so friendly and speak English very well. The buffet breakfast was great including made to order American dishes. Every time we had questions about the area, they easily provided directions. Lastly, they arranged rides to and from the airport which was so convenient. It was walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake as well as the Cathedral. We will definitely return and stay here again.
