One of the best places I’ve stayed at. The location and the amenities are amazing but beyond all that, their people is just one of a kind. You will feel at home, Hanoi Boutique’s staff are simply a beautiful family ready to help you with whatever you need. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Hanoi and no doubt I will stay here. Amazing boutique hotel in old quarter

What an incredible place to begin our trip in Vietnam! What stands out most is the amazing kindness and service shown by every staff member!!! I don't think I've ever received so much help with travel arrangements, local advice and more. We highly recommend the hotel and hope to return. We visited very last minute during xmas week and didn't realize how difficult it would be to book excursions. Several staff members found great options for us, helped us rearrange our itinerary and we have been so pleased with the results. Also the breakfast is delicious with many options! Thank you so much!!!

LOVE the staff and especially Quinnie. She helped us with everything. This is a GREAT location and the rooms are big with a lot of hot water. you can Walk straight out into middle of Old Hanoi and Beer Street and Water Puppet theatre, temple of Literature, are all within easy walk. Cai Mam is the best restaruant and it is 3 minutes walk. Great art shop at the bottom of Beer Street. Also had a great foot massage in the spa. HIghly recommend, it is not fancy , but it is perfect for us.

The hotel staff were customer-centric & went all out to make mom & I feel welcomed. They even organized a surprise birthday cake for mom. Very dedicated & caring team indeed. The bell boy (Tan or Thuan) helped warm mom's hands with his warming device upon our return to the hotel from the cold. On the day before our departure, Jeremy efficiently organized a last minute request for a jeep tour to the French Quarter at Ba Đình. Got a chance to enjoy egg coffee and almond avocado smoothie at the rustic Hidden Gem Cafe. Worth mentioning are the following hotel staff (not in any particular order) - Yena, Rosie, Jeremy, Chloe, Tan, Anna, Thuan, Neo & Max. Please pardon me if I have missed out the names of others who were just as wonderful. Hope you keep up with the excellent passion and service. You are all 5 star.
