All the staff were super helpful and kind. They really take the time make sure you’re comfortable and provide recommendations for things to do and restaurants. I loved that they remembered my name and even my breakfast preferences. I highly recommend staying here.

Exceptional Stay at H Hotel! I had the pleasure of staying at H Hotel twice—once at the beginning of my trip to Hanoi and again after returning from Ninh Binh. I booked the Elite Studio both times, experiencing both the balcony and terrace options. The room’s décor was stylish and modern, and everything was impeccably clean and spacious. For the quality you receive, the price is incredibly reasonable—one of the best options I found while searching for hotels in the area. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to major attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. If I return to Hanoi, I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend H Hotel to friends, family, and fellow travelers!

The room was just as pictured! The staff were all super friendly and provided great recommendations on local food to eat. The hotel is located on a busy street which menas it's super convenient to walk to most places, but it may be too noisy for people who need quiet to sleep. I personally loved it here and would book again if ever in Hanoi.

Hanoi was our first stop in our 3-week Vietnam trip and we are happy we chose the H Hotel to stay at. The property was well-maintained and modern and the staff were so friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Hotel Manager Ms. Caryl who was extremely helpful in arranging transportation, activities and sharing helpful tips about the city. Ms. Caryl was very communicative as soon as we placed the booking and was always available to answer any questions or just to welcome us back to the hotel after a days outing. Thank you! The included breakfast was great and again, the staff were always very welcoming. The location is very central within the Old Quarter and near lots of dining options with convenience stores and laundry services nearby. We would recommend the H Hotel and would return during our next visit.

The hotel is in the heart of old quarter. It was clean and the family room was really big and spacious. Rooms were sound proof which made the sleep comfortable. There is no window or balcony to look outside but it didn't bother us at all. Buffet breakfast was tasty and fresh. Our receptionist Sebastian was very helpful in booking our tours and buying the Sim.

This was a great stay - the hotel is very clean and comfortable and perfectly located right in the center of the old town. The staff here is exceptional - so kind and incredibly helpful. Sebastian at the front desk was so helpful with recommendations for things to do, see and eat, booked us reasonable priced transportation to/from the airport, stored our luggage overnight while we went on a Halong bay cruise, and overall made the stay a pleasure. The bed in the room was comfortable and everything was spotless. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a hidden gem right at the heart of the old quarter of Hà Nội. I was a bit nervous after booking 3 rooms at this hotel but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Everything is beyond expectations from the rooms to the responsive and helpful staff. Unlike the other hotels in the old quarter, H Hotel offers a touch of modern design. The breakfast is delicious and the wait staff will make you feel comfortable. Would I stay there on my next visit ? Definitely yes.
