Very good and friendly service

We had a very nice time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a cruise on Ha Long Bay/Lan Ha Bay, which were very convenient and the cruise itself was very lovely. They do also have plenty of great recommendations to the rest of the city if you’re in need of af good place to eat, spent time or even get a haircut.

Staff are super friendly and going out of their way to help you. They have a tour desk at the hotel which helped us book a day trip to Ninh Binh. Breakfast is okay, there is a limited buffet every day and you can order eggs or pancakes. Rooms are a little dated and very small, the pictures are slightly misleading. Our room was not a lot bigger than the bed itself. Centrally located in the Old Quarter. Walking distance to everything, plenty of restaurants.

The perfect hotel to stay in the old quarter. The staff are excellent, thankyou to Emma, Anna, Linda and David plus all the other staff! We have stayed here a few times and the standard is always great. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and had everything we needed. They also organised a great tour for us to Cao Bang and this was amazing. We can’t wait to come back, thankyou!
