I am mike from u.s.a. i stayed at Elegant hotel for 15 days been to vietnam 3 times before, first time at this hotel, i will definitely use this hotel when i come back , ,room very clean very big ,staff very kind both Robert, Vivian spoke good English

The hotel itself has undergone a recent renovation. However, it's disappointing to note that the specific room I booked doesn't come equipped with a refrigerator. Furthermore, despite having cups provided, there's no coffee readily available. Lastly, the WiFi connection seems to be rather unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
