The Bonjour is in a GREAT location in old quarter Hanoi, short walk to Ho Hoan Kiem and many great food spots. The staff are so friendly and helpful and are available 24hrs a day to help if needed. They offered luxury pickup from the airport for a reasonable cost which was very convenient for our first time in Vietnam and traveling with our 7 year old - we didnt want to have any hassle after 20 hours of travel.

One of the best places to stay in Hanoi. Excellent budget friendly hotel. In the heart of the backpacking district. Rooms immaculate and comfortable, friendly helpful staff, nicely decorated. We stayed here twice on our trip to Vietnam- cancelling out of a crappy place a block away knowing going back to Bonjour D’an Nam would not disappoint!!
