This hotel was vibey and very clean with small but very functional rooms. I enjoyed staying here with the exception of the "room service" meal. It's not actually room service, you have to go downstairs to get it when it's ready, which I didn't realize, so I was waiting and waiting for my food to be delivered (which had said ETA 20 min) before I checked my order and realized I had to go downstairs. Also could not order beverages on the room service website. I had put a note in my order to please call me to advise how to order drinks, with my phone number included. I never received a call. When I went to get my food 45 minutes after I ordered it, they told me what I ordered was actually not available. They said they tried to call me, but it "didn't work". So why not come to my room and let me know? I had to pick something different and come back in 10 minutes. Then they handed the food to me on an open plate, which I had to carry back to my room. I was very disappointed in this service, as the plate was hot and I felt like I was going to drop it while carrying a bunch of other things. When I was done eating, I had to leave the food in a corner of my room, because I knew they were not going to come get it if I left it outside. I just don't think this deserves to be called "room service", and I would have rather eaten in the hotel restaurant if I had known it would be like this.

The hotel was nice but unfortunately i was told to cancel the reservation because they dont accept cash in any circumstances. So i had to ask a friend to for credit card. They did not seem to care about my situation because i had used up all my limit on card. And the booking website did not mention this.

One of the best hotels

The stay here overall was brilliant. So many reasons why but genuinely such a unique, quirky, well-placed hotel that offers a great room. The room itself was fantastic: super clean, great facilities including a fridge with free drinks (!), great shower and a very interesting sink design that’s in the middle of the room - oddly very practical. Despite being next to a junction, once the window was closed it was silent so got a good night’s sleep. The view though was really nice (in photo): could see some of the skyline, watch traffic go by and added a buzz to it. You’re a stone’s throw away from the centre with only a short walk before you’re in the middle of Hannover. There’s also an U Bahn station outside the doors in case you don’t fancy the walk. Very well connected. The staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. Happy to serve me in German and English. Check in and out was super easy. No complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hannover.
