The Leuchtturm apartment on Lake Steinhude is located right in Steinhude, just 50 m from the water, and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The property features a living room with a high-quality sofa that converts into a permanent bed (1.50x2.00 m) and a bedroom with a king-size bed (1.80x2.00 m).

Both rooms are equipped with a large TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a spacious shower, offering space for two adults and two children. Stable Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Direkt am Wasser, aber leider dreckig

Kommunikation mangelhaft: Trotz telefonischer Voranmeldung war die Ankunftszeit nicht klar geregelt. Informationen änderten sich kurzfristig.Erreichbarkeitsprobleme: Bei Anruf kurz vor Ankunft war niemand erreichbar.Wartezeit vor Ort: Obwohl die Ankunftszeit vorher abgestimmt wurde, musste vor Ort gewartet werden.Probleme mit dem Parkplatz: Der zugewiesene Parkplatz war belegt. Alternativvorschläge waren ebenfalls belegt, erst der dritte Versuch war erfolgreich.Mängel in der Ferienwohnung: - Weder Toilettenpapier noch Seife waren bei Ankunft vorhanden.- Fremde Haare im Bett. Sand, Krümel und Schmutz unter der Tagesdecke.- Sichtbare Staubschichten unter dem Bett.- Der Fernseher im Kinderzimmer war nicht funktionsfähig (kein Signal).Der Standort direkt am Wasser ist toll, aber die Lage rechtfertigt bei den Mängeln nicht den hohen Preis. Gerade das dreckige Bett mit den fremden Haaren. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal buchen.

Das Objekt macht von außen keinen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und und war mit allen notwendigen Dingen für den Alltag ausgestattet.Es fehlt an einem Besen o.ä., um z.B. auch mal Krümel zu beseitigen.
