Our room had a view of the Mississippi River and was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable (not too hard or too soft). With the swimming pool & hot tub being in the center of the hotel there was the strong smell of chlorine in the lobby and walkways which is understandable. Our room didn’t overlook the pool so we didn’t experience any smell in the room. All in all we had a good experience and would stay there again.

A great stay by the river.

Even though this is an older hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very satisfying to start our day. The staff was super friendly. And the location was perfect for walking to historic locations and downtown.

We liked everything in general. The window views and room were top notch. The only minor problem was we had to go back to the clerks desk a second time to have the room entrance keys re-scanned (since our stay was 2 nights), in order to get back into our rooms.

Noisy, noisy, noist.

Noisy location on the main street in town - if you want quiet, stay away from the riverfront. Room had a nice view of the riverfront, but the windows were so filthy you could hardly see out. Front desk person seemed to be annoyed when a guest showed up for help. Shower handle was about to fall off the faucet because the set screw was about to fall out of the faucet handle. We were woken up at 4:00 am by pounding on our room door which turned out to be the Hannibal Police asking guests if they heard a gunshot in the building.
