OVERVIEW

This "like new" contemporary three-bedroom, three-and-one-half bath home is the perfect winter and summer gateway.

Located in a quiet and secluded area of the West Tiana shores community. It is situated near bay & ocean beaches, East Quogue & Hampton Bays Village.

The main level features soaring ceilings, windows on all sides, large open living and dining areas, and a contemporary kitchen. The living room directly faces the pool, cedar deck, and a manicured garden and outdoor shower.

THE HOUSE

The home's main floor has an ensuite master bedroom and two guest bedrooms that share a bath. There is a half bath that has direct access to the pool.

On the main floor is a bright open living, dining & kitchen with soaring ceilings. A beautiful double-sided gas fireplace separates the dining and living areas.

The open kitchen & living room face a wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the deck, pool, and fenced-in garden.

The home's main floor has an ensuite master bedroom and two guest bedrooms that share a bath. There is a half bath that has direct access to the pool.

The finished lower level has a separate sleeping area (queen bed), a lounge area with a TV, a full bathroom, and direct access to the pool and backyard.

The pool and deck sit on an open garden with multiple seating areas. Lounges, tables and chairs, and a charcoal 'egg' grill.

Note: the pool is not heated.

Note: A professional cleaning crew conducts cleaning and disinfecting. Only non-toxic, green products are being used.

Guests have access to the entire house along with all the amenities, such as a barbecue and open bar.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The home is set on a private 1/2 acre off of a quiet street. It is only .5 miles from the shore and 12 minutes from the area's nicest beach, Ponquogue Beach.

Hampton Bays is close to both the gorgeous beaches and dunes of Hampton Bays / East Quogue / Quogues and the villages/beaches of Southhampton and Bridgehampton.

If you are in the mood for a quiet, relaxing time, head straight to the dunes in Hampton Bays and Quogues. The beaches and restaurants (on the bay) there are all fantastic and only 12 minutes away: Ponquogue Beach: https://goo.gl/maps/tLkuQLJQftdgzKbS9.

If you prefer to head straight to the Hamptons, the town of Southhampton is 20 minutes away.

Lovely House

My friends and I stayed for 2 nights and were very pleased with the home and neighborhood. The home is very spacious and clean. The owner got back to me in a timely manner and addressed any questions I had. He was also accommodating in allowing us to check-in earlier and checkout later. The window in the master bedroom facing the street did not have blinds. The area rug in the entryway and kitchen need a rubber mat underneath so they don't slide. Other than those 2 things, all was great. We definitely recommend and book again.
