We love this place. We immediately felt home. Accommodating and helpful. What else can we ask for. :) Though Expedia should do better as a 3rd party by communicating to customers specific conditions and amenities. We are so lucky that Bayview Resort help us a lot. :) Grateful that this weekend was restful and safe.

Older motel style low buildings Not a RESORT

While the owner was nice and the room interiors were fairly clean, most of this property is not how it appears in the photos. Most of the small size rooms are in low single story wood structures probably from the 1960s - think of an old highway motel. The interiors were redecorated in the last few years, but the property is cramped and not anything that qualifies as a "Resort" and "Bayview" is only practical from the few rooms on a 2nd level.

I had a late check in, so i wasn't able to see much of the property. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. When i exited the next morning, I was greeted by a stunning view of the Hamptons back bays at sunrise. The grounds by the bay were peaceful and beautiful.. my only regret was that I couldn't stay any longer to enjoy the property or its amenities. I would gladly return.

Our room hand sand on the floor and the mats from the previous guest. The TV was also broken as if someone threw an object at it. The TV would turn itself on and off at random times. Beautiful location though and the staff was very nice and always checking in via text. If you just need a place to sleep this is a good location.

The staff was courteous and so friendly! They responded to our questions quickly and completely. Accommodations were great! It was a pleasure to relax in the lounge chairs on the deck. We hope to go back next year.

If I could give them 10 stars i would give that! Hospitality was beyond fantastic. Brian was amazing. Treated us with kindness and respect. He was beyond helpful with reccomendations and help in our room. We felt like he was part of our little family. We enjoyed our trip so very much and look forward to staying at Bayview again.

Excellent service, very clean. We arrived early and were given our room immediately. We were also given access to the facilities the entire day we checked out, including using the beach pass that day. Very welcoming and willing to do everything to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely return.
