New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Walk down our path to your own private waterfront. Great place for couples, small families or friends getting together

Master bedroom with queen size bed, and small second bedroom with two twin size beds. Expansive porch and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Guest access
Guests have access to the home, and the entire private waterfront beach via the walking path down to the waters edge.

Other things to note
This home was equipped with all of the modern amenities because it was just built. Bluetooth speakers in both bathrooms allow for you to listen to music or your favorite podcast while freshening up. Alexa speaker is in the master bedroom to ask to play your favorite song or artist at anytime throughout the rest of the home. Both the living room and main bedroom have smart TVs to stream your favorite shows or movies.

A very well thought-through designed home on a very quiet lot right on the St Lawrence River. stunning decor and furnishings. Extremely clean. Views of the river are stunning to say the least. My business partner and I needed a place to stay while in Hammond. Couldn’t have made a better choice. The transparency and interaction with the host was a sure bet of a fast response incase of any important questions… and that goes a long way for me. 5 star all around experience.
