The property seemed clean and daytime staff friendly and available, however, we had ants in our room. Hot water in bathroom didn’t work properly. Only lukewarm on our first night and then cold showers the second night. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly without holding down the handle for an extended time. Night time staff was not readily available. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting on someone to show up and finally had to go behind the counter myself into an open door to ask someone to come out and help me. Hotel was advertised with a pool, but when we arrived the pool was closed. Overall, in no way was this hotel worth a nearly $500 bill for the weekend. Very disappointing. Reported to management but have not heard back. Will be contacting corporate for a partial refund.

Awful. Walked in, not greeted by front desk. There was a bottle of roach spray on the counter. Not a good sign We were charged $223, for one night. For the quality of a Motel 6. No pool- it was “broken”, weed smell that was overwhelming, had to ask for towels, no curtains- picture was provided… we got a full light view all night. Front desk was awful, rude. On their phone.

Great Stay

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Hard Rock Casino were we we're going to see Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. To our surprise and delight the band members to the show were staying here also, we got to talk to them at breakfast and get some pictures. The hotel was a clean and friendly place to stay. I would recommend it and will stay here again.

Spend your money elsewhere. 1. We unloaded our luggage and children and tried to enter through the side door of the hotel but the door was broken so we had to wheel everything back to the front entryway in the cold. 2. The bathroom door was broken. You have to lift and maneuver it in a specific way to close the door. 3. Our room door looked like someone had broken into it before. 4. There were no bedding for the pull out couch in the room. When my husband asked for some, the staff had an attitude and gave him 2 sheets that did not fit. He was told they ran out of blankets. 5. The keurig was broken. 6. The pool was closed. 7. We asked for late check out but our keys no longer worked after 11am. My husband went downstairs again to inquire about it and the front desk again gave him attitude and said "Well, its a key its not automatic you have to come downstairs." So he explained we just checked out of another Holiday Inn and we never had to do that and she ignored him. 8. They had no trays for breakfast and offered a cardboard box. 9. The drink machine was broken for breakfast and they offered only warm water. 10. The gym was hot and had no clean gym towels. 11. The room wasnt cleaned that well and the bath tub plug looked broken. I'm thankful we only booked 1 night and managed to get through ok. Even with everything that went wrong, I would have still considered staying again but will NOT because of the staff attitudes. They acted as if we annoyed them with any questions.
