Excellent communication and great location… all amenities provided
The property was very comfortable and clean .. you have everything you need and is located in a secure gated area amongst other villas behind Carthage land. The depth of the pool is not marked and is very deep so take care with that

Every thing was nice in side the house the owner was at our service at all time apart from the sink was leaking and from the 300 euro deposit we've made 40 euro was taken out with out explaining what it was for wish was expensive even though we did clean the property before leaving.

Bon séjour mais beaucoup de points à revoir
Le propriétaire étant très précis,méticuleux et très à cheval sur les règles (point positif) je vais essayer de l’être le plus possible de façon très objectif afin d’améliorer les points négatifs et dans l’absolue c’est une maison que nous pourrions reprendre même quitte à payer plus chère. Points positifs : La réservation s’est bien passée, le propriétaire est joignable et réactif . L’architecture de la maison et son emplacement sont très bien . Nous avons apprécié le wifi. La piscine est bien en taille. juste à côté de Carthage Land on peut y aller ou sur la corniche ou la marina à pieds, avec des petits commerces . Disponibilités et amabilité du propriétaire avant le séjour, pendant et même après le séjour (très appréciable) Les explications d’accès à la maison. Climatisation dans chaque chambre L’esthétique du jardin avec ses belles fleurs. Points négatifs a améliorer : La propreté laissait un peu à désirer quand même surtout sous les tapis de salle de bain avec des poiles dessous. L’ameublement est très vieux type rustique et en état moyen pour certains lit, rafistolé. La cuisine est en très mauvais état , famille de 6 adultes et 3 enfants , maison prévue pour 10 à 12 couchages et il n’y avait que très peu de vaisselle, nous avions que 5 verres et peu de couverts, la machine à café est minuscule . Vraiment grosse déception la cuisine. Le barbecue était très petit nous ne l’avons pas utilisé car il était en très mauvais état, très rouillé. Le frigo idem rouillé de l’extérieur . Dommage que dans une si grande maison, qu’il n’y ait pas de lave vaisselle. Nous avons eu une climatisation qui est tombée en panne (fuite d’eau à l’intérieur), réparée en 48h (propriétaire réactif ) lés climatisations auraient besoin d’un très bon nettoyage (mauvaise odeur s’en échappe). Le jardin n’a pas été entretenue pendant notre séjour , le jardinier est passé mais n’a rien fait, cela a occasionné plus de moustique qu’à la normale. Les produits utilisés pour l’entretien de la piscine sont très nocifs , mes 2 enfants ont eu les paumes de mains et pieds attaqués de façon chimique . Il y avait des contours de piscine cassés,dangereux. Même si nous le savions en amont le fait payer les charges à part avec la retenue de la caution 14 jours après le départ Avons peu consommé d’eau, d’électricité et de gaz mais nous avons payé 50€ de charge pour les 3 pour 8 jours. Nos critiques sont faites pour améliorer et non accabler. Merci

Très belle et grande maison, bien situé
Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour, tout s'est très bien passé. La maison est bien aménagé, très bien placé, très bien entretenu ( jardin, piscine). Cette maison peu facilement convenir au grande famille.

Maison agréable et bien située dans la ville par contre un énorme inconvénient ,un bruit permanent et un niveau sonore fatiguant du fait de la proximité de 2 parcs d’attraction et de nombreux hôtels
