We like to keep things clear so you can book with full confidence. A few helpful things to know:
Water equipment — Paddleboard, kayak, and beach toys are included at no extra cost. All equipment used at your own risk; life jackets and supervision are the responsibility of guests.
Water & septic — Cistern system: filtered, clean, and drinkable. Please be water-mindful, and toilet paper only down the toilet.
Internet — Reliable Wi-Fi, great for streaming. If you're working remotely, have a backup plan just in case — it's a peaceful rural spot.
Lakeside nature — You're in cottage country, so expect it to feel like it. Gnats in spring, mosquitoes in warmer months. Bring repellent and keep doors shut when lights are on.
Firewood — Not included, but easy to grab from local vendors nearby for about $6 a bundle.
Exterior cameras — Three cameras at the front door, side of house, and backyard, used primarily when the property is vacant. Your privacy is fully respected.
