Really nice property, clean, amazing communication only thing that let us down was, the fact there was only one blanket on each bed. It’s winter, you need to have more options for bedding etc as it was incredibly cold.

It's secured, quite neighbourhood, clean and I like that the pot and frying pan is big enough to be used by family. Will book the place again if we come down to Hamilton again in the future.

Convenient location in quiet street.

Enjoyable stay at Avon Apartments. The occupants in the next unit were not very considerate as they made considerable noise early in the morning, however it was still a positive experience overall. We didn't realise that the chiefs were playing at nearby FMG Stadium until we arrived back to find all of the street parking was occupied. Luckily there was still an off street parking space available.

Stay was great for what you pay, very basic room, but it was clean and comfortable. A bit of distance from cbd if walking but that was already known. Perfect for rugby of cricket

Love staying here, as I come down to Hamilton a lot for work. The room is always tidy and clean. The cleaning staff that are there during the day are lovely and approachable. The manager is always kind and helpful when giving me my room details. Will always recommend Avon Apartments to friends and family when they need a place to stay, as they have different size rooms available for all your travel needs. The one thing that I wish they had more of is carparks. For the most part you can usually get a park on the property but sometimes when it’s really busy, all 5 carparks have been taken which is the only con to staying at the Avon Apartments. I understand that it might be 1 carpark per room, which is fine for me when I travel alone, but other people might take 2, leaving no where to park for me. Otherwise Avon Apartments is amazing! 10/10 overall 😊😊
