It was a vast improvement over last nites stay in Hamilton. We have a Chinese MG rental car with a built in Chinese gps and sadly, it sent us a few blocks away in a neverending circle til Google phone got us to the right place. A few concerns, we were in #11 and at midnight, four drunken young girls were outside #10 hooting and shouting. They finally walked off down the street. We are from Canada and are not familiar with the Mitsubishi heat/ cooling system. There is a marked switch on the wall over the headboard that reads: air cond." In CANADA that means COOLING only. I had turned this switch OFF at 10 pm but by midnight we were cold and could get the unit to provide HEAT. I had to get the model# off the Mitsu unit, download the operators manual for the device and read upon how it works. The absence of the TWO LIGHTS on the unit indicated it wasn't operating. It turned out that the WALL SWITCH "AIR CON" also means - the HEAT. Once I got the wall switch back on, the remote for the Mitsu worked in getting the HEAT back on. Otherwise a nice place, well maintained !! A pleasure staying with you.

A nice motel for a short stay. Very short walking distance from the Hamilton CBD. Beds were comfortable. Great shower although a little dated definitely a great place to stay. I would stay again in the future.

Our stay was comfortable the room was spotless. Close to everthing. The room was dark. No house keeping did not know this until we asked on our second morning, this was not mentioned when we checked in. Was told there was a sign in the room it was small and we hadn't seen it. No cloth to wipe spills off the bench. The first Motel we've stayed in where there was no housekeeping
