The flat has a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). In the living room, the sofa can be quickly converted into a sleeping area (1.30 x 2.00m) for a third guest. Alternatively, there is also room for the little ones; a folding travel cot can be provided on request. In the living room there is a 50 Smart TV for cosy TV evenings. WiFi is available throughout the flat.

The small kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and NESPRESSO coffee machine. All the utensils you need in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, crockery, glasses etc. are of course available in sufficient quantities. The small dining table, which is directly adjacent to the kitchen, seats 3 people for meals together. We provide numerous types of tea and organic coffee capsules for our guests.

In the bathroom with WC, shower, washbasin and hairdryer, our guests will also find shampoo and liquid soap from the renowned brand ADA-Cosmetics.

Directly in front of the flat, our guests have access to a 12 square metre south-west facing terrace with a garden table and chairs as well as a parasol.

We provide high-quality bed linen and towels.
