Wir hatten schöne Tage in Hamburg und in dieser tollen Wohnung. Sie ist sehr schön, hat alles was man braucht und liegt super zentral.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Fußläufig 10 Min. bis zur Elbphilharmonie. Das Parken ist nur in einem der umliegenden Parkhäuser möglich. Durschnittspreis: 28/Tag.Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet.Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht von Anfang an zufriedenstellend. Dies wurde durch Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Reinigungsteam am selben Tag behoben.Wenn man genauer hinschaut, könnte trotzdem an einigen Stellen (zB Flecken an den Wänden, Duschwände,…) ausgebessert werden.Kontaktloser CheckIn/Out verlief problemlos.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben fünf Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und von dort aus Hamburg erkundet. Die Lage direkt neben der Speicherstadt und wenige Minuten von der Elbphilharmonie ist sehr günstig, man kann vieles fußläufig erreichen. Ein Bäcker ist am nächsten Straßeneck, ein Edeka in 10 min. Entfernung. Wir haben nur einmal gekocht, aber es wäre einiges an Geschirr da gewesen. Der Check-in hat reibungslos geklappt; wir durften sogar etwas früher in die Wohnung. Nachfragen wurden immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich, ist das Queen-Size-Bett eine Schlafcouch, d.h. wenn man sie als Bett benutzt, hat man kein Sofa mehr.

Eine schlecht geführte Wohnung

Als wir ankamen, fanden wir schmutzige Handtücher auf dem Badezimmerboden und schmutzige Bettwäsche auf dem Schlafsofa. Ob die Wohnung gereinigt und das Bett gemacht wurde, war unklar. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, die Agentur zu kontaktieren, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Ich habe keine Antwort erhalten. Als wir am nächsten Tag abends zurückkamen, stellten wir fest, dass die Tür offen stand (das Schloss war geschlossen, aber die Tür stand einen Spalt offen) und die schmutzige Wäsche war nicht mehr da. Eine katastrophale Verwaltung für eine Wohnung, die eigentlich schön gelegen ist und bei besserer Verwaltung durchaus in Ordnung sein könnte. So präsentiert ist es den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, absolut nicht wert.
