Appears to be set up for overnight stay.as we stayed 4 nights, not enough tea and coffeein room. Had to ask at reception every day and only given 1 nights supply. No food served although hotel has food menus everywhere. Staff helpfull ordering taxis.

VÊrelset var ok, men vi havde forventet, at baren var Äben. Det var den sÄ ikke - lÞrdag aften - og baren var en af Ärsagerne til at vi havde valgt dette hotel. Hotellet var fuldt booket, tror jeg, sÄ uanset Ärsag - det fik vi nemlig ikke noget at vide om - sÄ er det ikke ok til prisen for vÊrelset ikke at have baren Äben. Vi var sammen med venner og havde regnet ned at bruge baren - vÊrelserne er ikke store nok til at sidde og hygge sig 4 voksne. SÄ det trÊkker ned i vores opfattelse af hotellet.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbereich eng und ĂŒberlaufen. Die Betten waren sehr schmal und die Schlafcouch fĂŒr die Kinder war viel zu hart. Ich schlafe gerne auf harten Matratzen aber die Schlafcouch war quasi ein Holzbrett mit Bezug. Die Lage war okay, U Bahn NĂ€he war gut, ansonsten fußlĂ€ufig zu weit von den schönen Locations in Hamburg, war hetzt nicht wirklich wie der Name vermuten lĂ€sst sehr nah an der Alster.Snack Automat und ein Aufzug alle Tage defekt. Keine Katastrophe, wĂŒrde in Hamburg aber nĂ€chstes Mal ein anderes Hotel wĂ€hlen

Rausgeschmissen worden weil der Hund dabei war. Vorherige KlĂ€rung des Hundes nicht möglich, weil zweimal mitten im GesprĂ€ch aufgelegt wurde. Keine Kompromissbereitschaft oder Lösungsorientierung seitens des unverschĂ€mten Personals. Jeglicher Vorschlag zur Lösung der Situation wurde abgelehnt. So standen wir am Feiertag abends um 19 Uhr 500km von Zuhause, und mit heulender 7-jĂ€hriger Tochter, entfernt auf der Straße.
