Lovely holiday home in North Jutland

This 91 m² holiday home is ideal for a relaxing vacation close to the sea. The house has four bedrooms with seven beds and offers both comfort and functionality. It features a lovely, bright living room with an open kitchen and connects to a charming conservatory. (the double beds are 140 cm)



Just 700 meters from the house is a great beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and long walks along the coast. Both young and old can enjoy the clear water here.

Das Haus ist schön mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und Wintergarten.

Das Haus ist schön mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und Wintergarten. Die Betten/Matratzen sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich denke, im Sommer wäre das ein 5 Sterne Haus. Aber leider ist es nur bedingt im Winter nutzbar. Für den Wohnzimmer/Wintergartenbereich gibt es nur die Klimaanlage zum heizen. diese ist zu schwach, so dass es nie richtig warm wurde. Leider fehlt im Wintergarten auch eine Elektroheizung. So mussten wir durchgängig mit dem Holzkamin heizen, was so eigentlich nicht geplant war. Auch die Warmwassertherme ist zu klein ausgelegt: warm Duschen geht nur für eine Person, die dann aber schon schnell machen muss. Danach ist das Wasser kalt. Auch steht leider im Badezimmer immer Kondenswasser an der Wand und auf dem Boden (ja, wir haben oft gelüftet). Kleiderschränke sind leider auch nicht vorhanden. Wir konnten dafür die unbelegten Schlafzimmer nutzen, aber bei einer vollen Belegung wird das so nicht gehen. Also: im Sommer, schnell duschen und die Betten als Kleiderschrank nutzen: dann wäre das Haus top. Für den Winter würde ich es nicht nochmal buchen.
