Dear Guest we apologize for the experience you had while your stay at the Days inn by Wyndham Augusta. Had you let the front desk know they would have done their best to accommodate you by switching the room for you

Strong cigarette smell throughout the building. Dirty room, shower had hair in it still. Dog bone in the bedding. Dirty sheets. Bag over smoke detector in room. One staff member was part creepy, seemed to follow me around.
