Modern, beautiful single-family house "Waldkauz", built in 2024. In the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Breakfast on request (extra). Supermarket 350 m, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Frankenberg" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.3 km, indoor swimming pool 700 m. Golf course (9 hole) 12 km, sled run 11 km, cross country ski track 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Winterberg 12 km. The house is part of a 400-year-old, listed building, a farmer's house. It also houses a bed and breakfast and a small brewery that offers brewing courses and tours.
3-room house on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, very modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC, Sauna. A special feature of the house is that it was built around a 60-year-old maple tree.
