Great location. Girl on reception really lovely. Room bit out dated and walls paper thin. Would use again for events at piece hall. As its minutes away

We were attending a concert at the Piece Hall and the location could not be better! The staff - everyone of them were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was perfect! The room was functional and the bed was comfortable. The decor and shower were a bit tired looking but you know that was a tiny issue in the grand scheme- it was clean and tidy! I will definitely use it again and would recommend it.

£193 (Room only) for 1 night in a shabby room. Had to park the car away from the hotel at the cost of £15 despite an email telling me to park in their car park for £5. Turns out that car park no longer exists. DISSAPOINTED.

Limited parking on a main road, however, staff assisted me in finding a place which was secure. Room was clean and tidy with TV and drinks making facilities. All in all a good place to stay near the Peace Hall and Shay stadium. Also close to centre of town.

Clean single room for an overnight stay, the hotel is literally opposite the railway station and Piece Hall and town centre are a short walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with some tic perhaps, but the rates are very reasonable and the bed was comfortable. Some rooms face a busy road so some traffic noise, but not too bad. Would stay again.

Awful hotel! I paid £189 for one night as it was convenient for the piece hall. Absolute rip off! Could hear the bed springs as soon as I sat on bed. Bathroom very dated. No hairdryer so couldn't wash my hair. No lift, had to walk up several flights of stairs! The hotel should be renovated ASAP!
