* Keyless entry with automatic check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 11 AM
* Early check-in or late check-out available for a fee with 48-hour notice
* Maximum occupancy: 10 guests; additional guests incur $45/night per person
* No pets due to allergies
* Minut device installed for monitoring noise, temperature, and humidity (no audio/video recording)
