Hotel is quite run down inside with stained carpets. No restaurants or breakfast offered. Onsen is just 2 small pools each. Quite a distance from downtown if without a vehicle.

Special place

We wanted to conclude our four week stay in Japan with something special and it was! This ryokan was so beautiful and the staff was outstanding. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The onsen was also spacious and the baths fabulous. Breakfast was delicious and authentic. We couldn't be happier. A wonderful memory!

Perfect Stay and #1 choice for Hakodate

This propery is elegantly docorate and well located property with large parking lots (#1 and #2) with Yunokawa onsen, restaurant and botanic garden nearby. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is best in class. Everything is very close by with10 minute driving maximum. Both my wife and daughter really like the hotel. It makes this hotel a top choice for us.

Family stay in Hakodate

We had a wonderful stay at this Ryokan. My husband and son got up early to enjoy the onsen and we loved the traditional Japanese bedding. It is exactly the type of lodging we were looking for in Hakodate. We only wish we had more time to spend there.

We had a peaceful and rejuvenating stay here. The onsen was spacious and we hardly shared it with anyone. Dinner and breakfast were very high quality. The futons were super comfy too.

Wonderful as always.

Hotel is amazing as always. This is the place I always stay when I visit Hakkodate. Breakfast and dinner was fresh and well stocked. The Onsen was clean and a perfect setting for an evening relaxation. Room was spotless location wonderful for local site seeing. Couldn't ask for more.

Good stay overall

The hotel was good overall. We has massage in room and the price was very reasonable. I think the location isn't that great, and the hotel needs to know in advance if you arr eating dinner at their place or not.

조용하고 분위기가 너무 편안했어요~ 다들 친절하시고 온천도 깔끔하고 사용하기 편했어요. 조식도 너무너무 맛있고 편안했어요. 저희는 차로 이동했기때문에 이동시 불편한 점도 없었고 주차도 무료이고요 근처에 생각보다 맛집이 많더라구요. 다만 차가 없고 일정이 많으시다면 이동하기 힘들것같아요.
